After Aishah's voice, third-place winner Gegar Vaganza 4 (GV4) Lan Solo expressed her frustration as the promised land lot had not yet reached her hands.
Therefore, Lan urges sponsors to be straightforward about the status of the sponsorship rather than letting the issue persist because it only attracts a lot of speculation.
"We recommend not manipulating us (top three winners). The sponsor says that after the program ends, unfortunately no calls are accepted.
"We are waiting for two to three months afterwards but the sponsors then give us an excuse for the matter after the 14th general election ends," he said when contacted by Malaysiakini today.
Recognizing that he was not desperate to get the bungalow's lot, Lan said he was fascinated when someone asked about it.
"People around often ask if the bungalow is ready, but we do not know the answer ourselves," he said.
